Hello,
1. visit oracle forums, some posters may have questions
2. Learn the Oracle concepts from the documentation + practice a lot
3. Whatever floats the boat, starting with the (semi)official oracle documentation like on tahiti.oracle.com
Haven't progressed past the fundamentals of the oracle database yet, so much to learn. Might consider Kimball Theory

Do you have Oracle RDBMS installed on your own system now?
To what system (OS name & version?) do you have root/administrator access?

Please read and follow the forum guidelines, to enable us to help you:

http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/88153/0/

when all else fails, Read The Fine Manual

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25789/toc.htm

come back after you have actually READ & UNDERSTOOD content of Concepts Manual above.

I would have gone one link back from the one BlackSwan supplied:

http://www.oracle.com/pls/db112/homepage

There are numerous '2-Day' guides on the URL above. They are a reasonable starting points for various knowledge areas. That said, As BlackSwan indicates, reading the Concepts Manual is likely the best place to start, followed by one or more of the 2-day guides. Just about any question that you can ask will be answered somewhere in the documentation, and the docs are all online and free to download.
