Dear All,

While increasing size of SGA of database, we are getting below error -
ORA-27102: out of memory
OSD-00029: additional error information
O/S-Error: (OS 8) Not enough storage is available to process this command.

after investigating in alert log, came to know that
OER 7451 in Load Indicator : Error Code = OSD-04500: illegal option specified
O/S-Error: (OS 1) Incorrect function. !
OER 7451 in Load Indicator : Error Code = OSD-04500: illegal option specified

32-bit database is installed in 64 bit windows server. Is this would be the issue? We have 12 gb ram in server. But we can able to make upto 3 gb size for SGA. Beyond it, error throws.

Please suggest !!!

Regards,
Ashish Kumar Mahanta
