Hello experts,

Do you see any down side of putting OLAP and OLTP objects in one single tablespace? performance, maintainability or otherwise?

Thanks!

Some people might say that you could set the tablespace uniform extent size, block size, or allocation unit size per tablespace in an attemot to tune it to the pattern of activity you expect. I wouldn't.

You might want to consider the granularity of tablespace point in time recovery.

I can't think of anything else.
